good service
i had a problem entering data. i used the in APP. helpand explaned my problem. they emailed me back within hours asked for a little more info. and the problem was resolved that day. as a first time user i made many errors and put this software through it's paces. i held my breath everytime i entered and re entered my many corrections, this software never failed to deliver. i am not computer savy but didn't find this APP hard to use. i am not associated with the developers nor did i get any perks, money for this review. i find it quite satisfactory.

What is this even doing in the App Store? It's a counterintuitive waste of time and money.
Poor Instructions; Waste of Money
You can’t build a family tree from a spouse. If there is a way, it doesn’t explain in the instructiorns or in the poorly-made video. I would like a refund, please. The app does not do the minimum of what is expected in a family tree app.
Don’t get this app!
Instructions are minimal at best. The video is too short and doesn’t cover basics of setting up a family tree from scratch. It appears that the only way to record a marriage is to enter a person’s name in the spouse category. Except that information isn’t linked to anything else. Jamal and Jennifer get married? You need to create separate entries for each person and then a new entry for their marriage. Very confusing. The online instructions don’t give much help. I will be asking for a refund.
Bad SCAM to take money.
There is no tech support except a generic sort of video that relates to all their apps. It is a very hard to understand application with a strange video that is not clear. The developer who created this app is no longer in business, their website is for sell. .. No one answered their tech support. No contact on their website for the app, developer no longer in business. Cannot get anyone to answer my emails.

Not worth having and poor customer service
Last evening I purchased this non-intuitive and complicated application which does not have the capability to do complicated relationships…. I realized this within the hour and instead purchased a different application. Today I contacted IW Technologies again…4 more times. Initially I was told there would be no problem getting a credit on my card…but to follow the instructions. I did exactly what Amy suggested and got a form asking me to again state the problem…I have done that 4 times…each time getting the same response…and not crediting my card. I requested to correspond with her direct supervisor only to get the same response…an automatically generated run around. This application is flawed…it is frustrating to use…and requires the user to dertermine who the root person is in each relationship…. I suggest you not waste your money on this, poorly developed application which is frustrating even without the lack of professional support. And no resolution for my purchase.
Great Product
I created a very large tree in minutes. Had some problems printing but the support team was amazing! BEST support I’ve ever eperienced. Tech kept in contact with solutions and my progress.
